We currently do not offer refunds for purchases, both within Jordan and internationally.

Exchange Policy

For orders within Jordan, you may initiate an exchange within five working days, available exclusively at our Boulevard branch.

If you’ve changed your mind or you’re not satisfied with your purchase, simply come back and exchange the unused item with another one within 7 days. Some exceptions apply. To request an exchange, please contact our customer service.Your receipt and the unused items in their original unopened packaging are required for all exchanges, price tag must not be removed.
